# Allgemein

TIME+PLUS besteht aus mehreren Komponenten:

1. **TimeTracker**\
   Der TimeTracker vereint die Zeiterfassung der Mitarbeiter mit der Zeitbuchung auf Tickets. Mit ihm können auch Tickets bearbeitet werden. Zudem gibt es die mitarbeiterbezogenen Wochen- und Tagesübersichten und die ticketbezogenen Aufwandsübersicht. Diese helfen den Überblick über Ticketstatus und durchgeführter Arbeit zu bewahren. Im TimeTracker können auch Angebote zu einem Ticket erstellt werden, welche direkt als E-Mail an den Kunden gesendet werden.
2. **Ticket-Webseite**\
   Für die Kunden gibt es eine Webseite, auf der die Tickets eingesehen werden können. Mit der entsprechenden Freigabe können Kunden Tickets auch erstellen, bearbeiten und kommentieren.
3. **cobra-Addin**\
   Das cobra-Addin dient der Verwaltung zur Übersicht und Abrechnung der Tickets.
4. **diverse Tasks**\
   Diese sind für automatische Vorgänge nötig.
